2024–2027 Strategic Plan

Five years ago, we launched the Moreton Bay Foundation, and I could not be more pleased with the achievements of the Foundation since then. We have been able to bring together the Moreton Bay community, all with the common goal of ensuring this local treasure is well managed for future generations. There have been at least ten significant projects in the Bay that we have been able to financially support through contributions from our donors and members.

During the first half of 2024, TMBF commissioned the development of a Blueprint for Moreton Bay, which identifies priority programs and actions that will foster sustainable management of Moreton Bay (the Bay) over the next decade. With this Blueprint now finalised, the Board has undertaken a review of its own priorities and developed a strategy that clarifies TMBF’s vision, mission and objectives for the Bay, and provides a strategic framework for TMBF to fulfill its priorities and supporting activities over the next three years.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed and supported us over the last five years. I am looking forward to implementing this next part of our strategy with such a great team.
